Susan is Professional Development Manager for Alcon Surgical ANZ, and brings to this role many years of clinical optometry experience in private and corporate practice as both an employee and a franchise owner. Susan seeks to improve patients’ experience of cataract surgery by enhancing optometrists’ understanding of IOL technology and application as well as building stronger, more effective relationships between optometrists and ophthalmologists.
